On 15th August 2023, the High Commissioner, Amb. Dr. Benson Alfred Bana, received Hon. Eleodimmuo Uchenna Nwachukwu, member of the House of Representatives, Federal Republic of Nigeria who is also Chairman of Nigeria-Southern African Group. He paid a courtesy call on the High Commissioner. They had fruitful discussion on the ways and means for promoting inter-parliamentary cooperation between Tanzania National Assembly and Nigerian House of Representatives.
