The High Commissioner, H. E. Dr Benson Alfred Bana visited the Kano State Chamber of Commerce, Industry Mines and Agriculture (KACCIMA) on the 1st March, 2021. KACCIMA is the leading body for the organised private sector in Kano State, with a membership of about 10,000. Kano State is the commercial nerve centre for the north of Nigeria, the State is the most populous state in the region and boast of a population of nearly 20million, as well as being the state of origin of two of Africa's richest men (Alh. Aliko Dangote and Alh. Abdulsamad Rabiu). The City is furtther know for commerce which dates back to pre-independece era of Nigeria, being a keyplayer within the trans-sahara trade route.

The Chamber is a strategic partner to the High Commission and a window for the Mission to reach real individuals and companies within business community in Kano with a capacity to explore the vast trade, investment and tourism opportunities that abound in the United Republic of Tanzania.
