Ghana Association of Travel and Tour Agents (GATTA) registered readiness to cooperate with Tanzania High Commission to promote Tanzania tourist attractions and tourism in Africa, generally. This was during a courtesy meeting by H. E. Dr. Benson Alfred Bana, Tanzania High Commissioner to the Federal Republic of Nigeria with Mr. Frank K. Annin-Bonsu Kaimu, Acting president of GATTA and Mr. Ebenezer Owusu-Asante, CEO of Keymeb Travel & Tour on 11 February 2022.
The meeting was part of His Excellency’s exploratory mission in Ghana towards preparation to host the Trade, Investment and Tourism (TIT) forum to be held in the Republic of Ghana during the first half of 2022. The forum is expected to bring on one stage, investors, the business community and tour operators from Ghana and neighbouring countries, to explore investment, and business opportunities available and investment incentives offered by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania.
